We stand fully behind every Dissolv product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order no questions asked.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email us at support@trydissolv.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number in the email. You do not need to provide a reason and you do not need to return the product. We will confirm your refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or contained incorrect items, please email support@trydissolv.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
CONDITIONS
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date as confirmed by tracking. Each customer account is eligible for one satisfaction-based refund per 12-month period. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Items purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible — please contact the retailer directly.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please first check your bank account and contact your card provider as processing times vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@trydissolv.com.
