WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and United Arab Emirates.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days. Free on orders over $50. Express Shipping: 3-5 business days. Fee calculated at checkout based on location.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or carrier issues outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received this within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact support@trydissolv.com.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Dissolv products are dietary supplements shipped in compliance with the import regulations of each destination country. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be applied by their country's customs authority. These charges are beyond our control and are not included in our pricing.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact support@trydissolv.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
